Shipping & Returns

Shipping: AGNAR does not use online shipping calculators, we do our best to include shipping in all of the pricing provided throughout the website.  That being said, not all locations qualify for shipping cost included.  Included shipping rates will only apply to metropolitan areas in continental Australia.

Please contact our customer support if you would like your order shipped on your company's account, your carrier, and/or request other shipping terms. If you need expedited shipping or have any concerns regarding your shipment please contact us.

AGNAR reserves the right to withhold any order from processing for any reason. 


Damaged Goods or Shortages: Upon receipt, check products carefully. Note on the delivery receipt any damage or abnormality. Delivery receipts signed complete, without any noted discrepancies, will be the responsibility of the consignee and not AGNAR. Please notify AGNAR customer support immediately regarding any problems. If an order arrives without all items shown on the packing list, a notation must be made on the delivery receipt. Collect Shipments are the responsibility of the consignee.

Returns Policy: Product must be un-used and in original packaging. No discontinued or obsolete items will be accepted. RGA number must be obtained from AGNAR customer service. RGA requests can be made up to 30 days from date of purchase. Customer pays return freight charges and 25% restocking fee, except when return is due to freight damage. AGNAR reserves the right to refuse any return not in compliance. Custom orders are not returnable.

Do not return product until you have notified a customer service representative and have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from AGNAR.
